\D1 Recordings is a label I haven't checked in awhile but maybe that was wrong. Eamonn Doyle lays out a nice detroit-esque vibe with smudged strings and a wondering synth somewhere between beatdown and G funk. I'm thinking this will do great for the summer warm-up DJs.
