The "When We" EP from Goldwill is a fantastic EP with a few different views on the same theme, hence the track title. There is a vocal used on all of the tracks to make it sound very coherent but all are a little different. This is just great house music with added ambient-ish bonus.

Bosconi dropping an unknown EP full of retro sounds from Chicago to Italy. Really awesome EP with nothing but gems. Don't miss this one, I did, until now.

Alex Isreal - Walking To Guntersville [WT Records]

A new one from New York based WT Records. There's a lot of people hopping on the new-old-school vibe but this release is head and shoulders above the rest; quality deep tracks with a raw old school vibe. Top pick of these is most definitely "Nikisi", not a bad track out of the lot though.

Semtek - West Acyd Shelter [Don't Be Afraid]

The Photonz remix is the business. The whole EP is very good but I loooove the Photonz remix with all its quirks.

Jacques Green - Lay It Down [Uno NYC]

I'm tired of typing "another new artist/label" so we'll skip that bit this time. Canadian producer Jacques Greene lays down to original tracks with new-old-school feel. Crisp sounds and great grooves. The remixes are ok; Whatever/Whatever seem to have used every genre, from house to techno to dub, to influence their remix. Nacho Lovers takes a more UK Funky via Chicago vibe. Good stuff.
